Delivery Areas
Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley (selected areas only)

Delivery Fees 
Flat delivery fees at RM10 per order.

Delivery Duration 
- Estimated 2 – 4 days after your order is placed. 
- Our delivery is arranged on Monday – Friday between the hours of 10am – 4pm with the exception of Malaysia Public Holidays. 

Ensuring Freshness
- Your order item will be sealed in a cooler bag with ice gel packs to ensure freshness. 
- Please keep your item in the freezer (dumplings) / refrigerator (chili sauces) as soon as possible after receiving it.

Tracking Number
No tracking number for all orders placed.

Out For Delivery
- We will leave your order at your delivery address as per your instructions (e.g.: lobby, neighbor).
- We will attempt to contact you two times. If unreachable, we will leave your delivery at your doorstep / lobby / guardhouse, etc.
- Only one delivery attempt. Strictly no rerouting your order after out for delivery.
