To ensure your satisfaction upon receiving our products, a standard process of inspection will be done before delivery. If there are any issues with your order, please refer to the following return/refund policy.
Incorrect / Incomplete Orders
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please WhatsApp (only) us at +6019-719 5878. Our team will assist you as soon as possible and ensure the order is corrected promptly.
Wrong Delivery Address
If you’ve entered the wrong delivery address, notify us within 24 hours from your order date/time. Any changes made upon delivery will not be entertained.
Ensuring Freshness
Your order item will be sealed in a cooler bag with ice gel packs to ensure freshness. Please keep your item in the freezer (dumplings) / refrigerator (chili sauces) as soon as possible after receiving it.
Freshness Issues
If there are any issues with the freshness of your items, contact us via WhatsApp (only) at +6019-719 5898 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide proof of purchase and clear pictures of the order item. We will replace the item and arrange delivery for you. T&C apply.
